Thanks for stoppin' in!

My name is Sam; I'm originally from North Las Vegas, Nevada, but currently based in Lincoln, Nebraska. I'm currently finishing up my fourth and final (!!) year of college at Nebraska Wesleyan University where I'm earning my Musical Theatre BFA. After that, I'm excitedly gearing up to plan my move to New York City! My love for theatre started when my parents had us listen to the entire Wicked soundtrack while doing crafts, and then took us to see the stage version (in which 8 year old Sam sobbed at the flying monkeys...).

Right now I'm getting ready to play Alfred / White Rabbit (and March hare!) in NWU's production of Alice by Heart. Some of my favorite roles in my time at school include Jean-Michel from R&H's Cinderella, Wealthy Husband in Disaster!, and a variety of ensemble roles in The Hello Girls.

When I'm not found in rehearsals, I'm usually forcing my siblings to send photos of our family cat, Fleetwood Cat, or at my second favorite place in the world, the movie theater! (as opposed to the theatre of course)
